Role-based access
The right access for every role
Five permission levels built around how electrical firms actually work.
Viewer
View certificates only
Office staff who need to check certificate status without being able to create or edit anything.
Apprentice
Create drafts, needs sign-off
Can fill out certificates but cannot issue or send. Work must be reviewed by a QS or Admin before it goes anywhere.
Engineer
Full certificate creation and editing
The standard role for qualified electricians. Create, edit and manage certificates for their assigned jobs.
QS – Qualifying Supervisor
Review and digitally sign off
Reviews certificates submitted by engineers and apprentices, adds notes and applies their digital signature. Cannot approve their own work.
Admin
Full access and team management
Create, edit, review, assign certificates and manage all team members. The owner is always Admin by default.
Getting started
Up and running in minutes
Step 1
Purchase inside iCertifi Cloud Pro
Tap Subscription – Team Plans. Choose Team 5 or Team 10. If you already have a subscription, Apple automatically applies a prorated credit for time remaining on your current plan.
Step 2
Invite your team
Go to Tools – Business Collaboration and tap Invite Team Member. Send invitations by QR code, AirDrop, WhatsApp or email. Each member accepts on their own device with their own Apple ID.
Step 3
Set roles and start working
Assign each member a role from Viewer through to Admin. Every certificate any team member creates is instantly live across all devices. Assign jobs, submit for QS review and track progress – all from the app.
