Mint Books
• The dashboard now fills the whole screen, with no dark bar across the top.
• Face ID now only asks when you open Mint Books or come back to it from another app. Taking a screenshot, opening Control Centre or checking a notification no longer asks again.
• Face ID now also asks when Mint Books starts up, not only when you return to it.
• Mileage rates now update automatically from HMRC. Cars get 55p a mile for the first 10,000 miles from 6 April 2026, then 25p.
• Tax Year Mileage in Settings now shows every journey in your Mint Books account, including trips added on the website.

PAT Test Pro
Saved Certificates, rebuilt
• Each report now leads with your client's name and the site address, with its result at a glance: All passed, or how many appliances failed.
• See whether a report is a Draft, Exported (set automatically when you email, print or share the PDF) or Sent.
• Each report shows its next retest: green while in date, red once overdue. When every appliance has been retested on a later report (matched by barcode), it turns grey and tells you which report.
• Filter by Not sent, Sent, With failures, Retest due, Retest overdue or Pinned, and sort by client, test date, reference, retest due or most failures. Your choices are remembered.
• Search finds clients, sites, postcodes, references, appliance descriptions, locations and barcodes.
• Swipe a report for PDF, Duplicate, Delete, Pin, Mark sent and Client. Hold it for a quick preview, including any failed appliances, or to add the retest to your calendar.
• Select several reports to mark them sent in one go.
• Much faster when you have lots of reports.
• A line at the top tells you when changes are arriving from iCloud, or if your iCloud storage is full.

• Team members stay signed in for 24 hours without signal, and are re-checked every 20 minutes when online.
• Ending sharing, removing your last team member, or a lapsed subscription now keeps every certificate safe in iCloud.
• Business Collaboration offers to free seats left by people who have gone, and explains why the Admin role stays with the owner.
• If you are the only QS in your firm, the app tells you before you submit that nobody else can approve your certificate.

• Snapshots are kept in three pools. Protected copies taken before anything risky can never be pushed out by everyday use, and you can Keep any snapshot yourself.
• Restore and re-upload puts your certificates back and sends them to iCloud again if iCloud has lost them.
• If sync on a device cannot recover on its own, the Sync Problem message now offers Reload from iCloud, which refreshes that device from iCloud without touching your data anywhere else.

• Quick Fill bar for one-tap ring, radial, lights, cooker and spare circuits.
• The details switch fits the phone screen and lines up with the circuit number on iPad.
• The schedule grid opens only when you rotate the device, not when an iPad window is resized.

On a site's register, swipe to delete a unit you added by mistake, or retire one that's been serviced — retired units now sit in a "No longer in service" section so you can find them and put them back.

Verifi - Accuracy Record
Verifi now works with iCertifi. Your instrument list makes, models, serial numbers and calibration dates is now available inside iCertifi on the same device, so certificate test instrument boxes fill themselves with one tap. Keep your accuracy checks up to date in Verifi and iCertifi will warn you before you certify with an out-of-calibration instrument. Just open Verifi once after updating and you're connected.
