iCertifi Update: Smarter Backups & Improved Zs Calculations

New backup merge options, better sync notifications, and more accurate impedance calculations for sub-boards.
New: Combine Certificates from Backup
When restoring from iCloud, you now have two options to choose from:
Combine with Existing
Imports new certificates from the backup without affecting your current data. Duplicates are skipped automatically, so you never end up with double entries.
Full Restore
Replaces all certificates with the backup. Now includes a confirmation step to prevent accidental data loss.
Backup Notifications
Stay informed about your backup status with these new features:
- See which device created the backup and when
- Flashing indicator appears when another device backs up
- Smart sync detection prevents unnecessary alerts
Improved Zs Calculations
Key Improvement: Calculate Zs now uses Ze at the distribution board (when recorded) instead of Ze at origin. This gives more accurate Zs values for circuits fed from sub-boards.
Additional Zs improvements include:
- Calculate Zs now correctly checks the Ze/Zs toggle setting before using board impedance value
- Added Calculate Zs support for EV Charger certificates
- Clearer alert messages when Ze falls back to origin value
Test Vision Improvements
The yellow confirmation box now only appears when using Test Vision to show what was captured, rather than appearing after every manual test entry. This keeps your workflow cleaner and less cluttered.
