iCertifi: Electrical Certs
iPhone held sideways
• The Distribution Boards list and each board page have a sidebar, so circuits, search and Board Vision are all to hand
• Observations show their buttons on the left and the full list on the right
• Observation Details show the codes and their meanings beside the description and photos
• Pressing Done on the circuit page now keeps your place instead of jumping back to the top
• Board Vision opens full screen and upright
• Circuit Designer keeps the box you are typing in above the keyboard
• Mint Books sign in, Certificate Colours and the template list all fit and scroll properly

iCertifi Cloud Pro: Sync
Auto EICR observations
- Items you code C1, C2, C3 or FI on the inspection pages, and failing circuit readings, reach the Observations page again. Review them and add them in one go.
- "Fill from a finding" on the observation screen fills the observation from any of those items.
- The Vault now opens on its own screen with a search box, and its wording no longer shows stray characters.
Spark AI: more accurate answers, on more screens
- Spark AI's BS 7671:2018+A4:2026 library has been rebuilt so it reads each table in full, and it now uses a stronger AI. Maximum Zs values, cable ratings, rating factors and disconnection times now come back correct.
- Spark AI is now on the circuit and board screens, and the observation screen opens the full chat for that observation.
- Each certificate keeps its own Spark AI conversation.
- "Add as Observation" now gives the new observation its item number.
- Items you code C1, C2, C3 or FI on the inspection pages, and failing circuit readings, reach the Observations page again. Review them and add them in one go.

• Add each emergency light to a site, with its type, supply and duration.
• Record the monthly test and the full duration test against every light.
• New Luminaires Tested page on both emergency lighting certificates. The PDF lists each light with its result.

GasCert: CP12 Gas Certificates
• Automatic customer reminders are now more dependable, and keep working smoothly when you use GasCert on more than one device, such as an iPhone and an iPad.

Mint Books
• The dashboard now fills the whole screen, with no dark bar across the top.
• Face ID now only asks when you open Mint Books or come back to it from another app. Taking a screenshot, opening Control Centre or checking a notification no longer asks again.

• Mileage rates now update automatically from HMRC. Cars get 55p a mile for the first 10,000 miles from 6 April 2026, then 25p.

Verifi - Accuracy Record
Verifi now works with iCertifi. Your instrument list makes, models, serial numbers and calibration dates is now available inside iCertifi on the same device, so certificate test instrument boxes fill themselves with one tap. Keep your accuracy checks up to date in Verifi and iCertifi will warn you before you certify with an out-of-calibration instrument. Just open Verifi once after updating and you're connected.
