Send certificate data from iCertifi Cloud Pro to Zapier, Make, n8n, and thousands of other apps automatically.

Connections lets you send certificate data from iCertifi to external automation tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat) and n8n.

When a certificate is completed, iCertifi sends a webhook notification to your chosen URL. The automation tool receives the data and can pass it on to other apps – accounting software, CRM systems, email marketing, spreadsheets, or anything else you use. You need to be an Enterprise subscriber to use Connections

Once connected to an automation platform, the possibilities are wide open. Here are some examples of what you can do:

• Log jobs in a Google Sheet or Airtable as they are finished
• Trigger an email or SMS to your client when a certificate is complete
• Create tasks in project management tools like Trello or Asana
• Push data to a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Build custom workflows with any app that supports webhooks

Step 1: Set up a webhook trigger in Zapier, Make or n8n.

Step 2: Copy the webhook URL from your automation tool.

Step 3: Open Connections settings in iCertifi and paste the URL.

Step 4: Choose which certificate events trigger the webhook.

Step 5: Complete a certificate – iCertifi sends the data automatically.

Connections works with any platform that accepts incoming webhooks. Popular choices used by iCertifi customers include:

If your preferred tool accepts a webhook URL, it will work with iCertifi Connections.
