How many times a week does a client ring to ask how the job is going, or where the certificate has got to? And how many of them will remember, five years from now, that the next inspection is due?
iCertifi Cloud Pro 3.2.6 answers both. Progress Sharing gives your client a private page that follows the certificate as you work, and on an iPhone they can keep it in Apple Wallet as a card that updates itself, alerts them when the certificate moves on, and reminds them before the next inspection is due. It comes with Cloud Pro Enterprise and Teams.

Every engineer on your team can share progress on the certificates they are working on. It is not part of the single user Monthly or Annual plans.
Your client follows the job
Turn Progress Sharing on for a certificate and your client gets a private link. The page shows the stage the job has reached, from In Progress through Testing and Review to Complete and Sent, and it updates as the work is done.
It opens in any browser, on any phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to install, nothing to sign in to and no account to make. And it never shows your test readings.
- Certificate type, current status and your company name
- A masked certificate reference, last 4 characters only
- The outward part of the postcode only, for example SW1A
- No test results and no observations, ever
A card in Apple Wallet, not a PDF in a folder
On an iPhone, your client taps Add to Apple Wallet and the certificate becomes a card. It sits alongside their boarding passes and bank cards, and it carries what a property owner actually needs:
- Your firm name and the certificate type
- The property, and the result where the certificate has one
- The next inspection date and the date it was issued
- A QR code that opens the progress page
- On the back: the certificate reference and your phone, email and website
It tells them, so they do not ring you. When the certificate moves on, the card changes and an alert appears on their lock screen, on iPhone and on Apple Watch: at Testing, Review Pending, Certificate Completed and Sent to Client.
And it brings the next job back to you. Thirty days before the next inspection is due, the card reminds your client, naming the certificate, the property, your firm and your phone number. Five years on, the reminder comes from you, not from whoever turns up first in a search.
Three taps to turn it on
Progress Sharing is per certificate. Nothing is shared until you turn it on for that one job.
Turn it onOpen the certificate, then Progress Sharing in its menu, then Turn On Progress Sharing.

Send the linkSend Link to Client sends a designed email with your firm details at the top, a Follow the progress button and the Add to Apple Wallet badge. Or leave it: the link also goes out with the certificate when you email it.

They follow itYour client watches the stages, adds the card to Apple Wallet and gets the alerts and the reminder. Stop Progress Sharing ends it at any time: the link stops answering and the card stops updating.
Which certificates get a Wallet card
Every certificate type can have a progress link and a progress page. These five also get an Apple Wallet card, as long as the certificate has a property address on it:
Why it matters for a team
When five or ten engineers are out on jobs, the office phone is where every "how is it going?" call lands. With Progress Sharing, each engineer turns it on for their own certificates and the client sees the job move on its own: from testing, to your Qualified Supervisor's review, to the certificate being sent. The office answers fewer calls, and every card in every client's Wallet carries your firm's name and number.
